QA Delivery Lead (CLM)

Job Summary

Looking for an experienced QA Delivery Lead to manage the complete QA team and take ownership of testing for CLM applications. The candidate should have strong CLM domain knowledge, hands-on testing experience, and excellent team and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end QA delivery for 5–7 applications.
- Lead and manage a 15-member QA team.
- Perform functional, UI, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Validate APIs, data flows, and third-party integrations.
- Prepare test strategies, plans, estimates, and release schedules.
- Identify and resolve blockers.
- Coordinate with business teams and senior stakeholders.
- Monitor defects, test coverage, quality, and automation progress.




- Mentor team members and ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills
- 10+ years of QA experience.
- 3+ years of experience managing large QA teams.
- Robust knowledge of CLM business processes.
- Hands-on functional, UI, API, and integration testing.
- Experience in QA planning and delivery management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Experience in onshore/offshore delivery models.

Good to Have
- CLM tools: Icertis, Agiloft, Conga, DocuSign CLM.
- Automation: Selenium, Playwright, Tosca.
- API Testing: Postman, REST Assured.
- SQL, Jira, Azure DevOps.
- AI/ML application testing.
- ISTQB certification.
