Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented candidates to drive business growth for an IT Services & Software Development company. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience, international client acquisition skills, and the ability to generate leads and close business deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate international B2B leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email marketing, and other channels.
- Identify and acquire clients for IT services and software development solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with international clients.
- Handle the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct client meetings, understand business requirements,



and present suitable IT solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Required Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in IT Sales / B2B Business Development.
- Solid experience in international client acquisition.
- Knowledge of IT Services and Software Development sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email outreach.
- Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals.

Note: Candidates with experience in IT Services and Software Development sales will be preferred. Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
