We are seeking a Lead Functional Consultant - Infor WMS to drive hands-on delivery for a multi-site Infor WMS rollout across end-to-end phases. You will lead planning, design, configuration, validation, testing, training, cutover, and hypercare while guiding clients on WMS best practices and Supply Chain Management. Responsibilities

- Guide clients on warehouse management best practices to achieve positive business outcomes
- Lead implementation delivery and configure the Infor WMS application as the Functional Consultant
- Own the full Infor WMS project lifecycle from planning through go-live and post-production support
- Coordinate configuration validation and evidence collection, inbound/outbound/inventory scenarios, interface testing, master-data-dependent testing, regression testing, mock cutover readiness, UAT defect resolution, and high-volume operational testing
- Advise clients on best practices for warehouse/building setup, owners/storers, zones, areas, locations and location types, put-away, replenishment, allocation, waves, task management, RF profiles, receiving and PO/ASN lifecycle, packing, picking, shipping/loading, returns and special/job processes, UOM/pack structures, inventory statuses/holds, and inventory cycle counting
- Set priorities independently and adapt quickly in a rapid-changing environment with limited oversight
- Deliver work that meets or exceeds client quality standards,



ensuring appropriate quality controls and fit-for-purpose outcomes, deliverables, and solutions
- Bring structure and clarity in ambiguous situations across the delivery lifecycle, using a flexible approach that drives measurable client impact
- Build capability, best-practice competencies, and skillsets within client teams
- Earn trust with EPAM and client colleagues through reliable, supportive collaboration
- Champion teamwork to improve performance across EPAM and client teams while welcoming diverse viewpoints and input
- Identify opportunities to proactively develop strategic relationships at the individual, account, and organizational levels

Requirements

- Extensive IT background with 5–12 years of experience, including 3 years at Consultant, Senior Consultant, and/or Manager grade, or alternatively 4+ years of dedicated Infor WMS experience
- Proven expertise deploying Infor WMS across Transportation, Logistics, Retail and Distribution, CPG, and Manufacturing
- Strong understanding of end-to-end WMS business functions
- Relevant supply chain experience from major global technology consulting firms, consumer-packaged goods and services companies, retailers, and CPG distributors
- Deep knowledge of Supply Chain Management with recognition as an SME/thought leader in WMS Solutions
- Ability and willingness to travel as required
- Bachelor’s degree required; additional education is a plus
