- Lead and mentor junior engineers; break requirements into technical tasks and guide implementation.
- Design, review and build production applications across frontend, backend, APIs and databases.
- Use AI coding tools, LLMs and agentic development to improve engineering productivity while maintaining code quality.
- Establish practical standards for AI-generated code, testing, security and production quality.
- Work with existing/legacy applications and contribute to modernization, migration and integration.
- Contribute to CI/CD, testing, security and production deployments; troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Make practical architecture decisions for scalable, high-performance and maintainable applications.

• Understand business logic and existing codebases and translate requirements into sensible technical solutions.
