Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Lead Generating Executive responsible for identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads, and creating new business opportunities for the organization. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, research abilities, and a strong understanding of lead generation techniques through online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming customer enquiries and review the information received.
- Contact customers via phone to collect missing details and clarify incomplete enquiry information.
- Verify and ensure all required customer and project details are accurately collected.
- Update and maintain customer enquiry information in the company’s system/CRM.
- Ensure all enquiries are complete and properly documented before forwarding them to the quotation team.
- Coordinate with the quotation team to ensure a smooth and timely handover of qualified leads.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Good research and data management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile A self-motivated individual with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify business opportunities. The candidate should be target-driven and comfortable communicating with potential customers through calls, emails, and digital platforms. Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
