Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead Data Product Engineer to provide technical leadership, hands-on engineering, and stakeholder management for enterprise data platforms. The ideal candidate will lead engineering delivery while working closely with business stakeholders, ensuring scalable, governed, and business-focused data solutions.

Key Skills

- Solid experience with Apache Airflow, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, and Bitbucket
- Expertise in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, ETL/ELT, and Medallion Architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold)
- Hands-on experience designing and optimizing data pipelines and workflows
- Strong knowledge of Data Modeling, Data Lineage, Data Quality,



and Power BI
- Experience in Life Sciences / Pharma Commercial domain, including Claims & Commercial Performance data
- Proven stakeholder management and technical leadership skills

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end data engineering delivery and architecture decisions.
- Design, build, and optimize scalable data products and pipelines.
- Own and enhance Medallion Architecture across the platform.
- Drive RCA, issue resolution, governance, documentation, and BAU transition readiness.
- Partner with business stakeholders, translating technical solutions into business outcomes and KPI impact.
