Job Requirements :
- 6-10 years of experience in an HR role within IT services & consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of HR analytics, total rewards (compensation), perks administration, performance management systems.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data sets using tools like Workday or similar platforms.
