Responsibilities

- Connect business stakeholders and development teams throughout the SDLC lifecycle
- Work with clients and business stakeholders to capture requirements, suggest viable functional options, support acceptance testing, and resolve conflicts
- Collaborate with development stakeholders to assess feasibility, remove requirement ambiguity, and review test scenarios and results
- Capture system requirements and manage traceability in Jira, Rally ALM, TFS, ServiceNow, or similar tools for Features, Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria using the Gherkin BDD approach
- Use Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Scrum Ban, or Secure to support delivery execution
- Produce source-to-target mapping documents and perform database gap analysis to document differences in business logic
- Conduct workshops with business users and consolidate decisions, action items, and follow-ups
- Drive Agile ceremonies and processes, and write stories tied to Sprint/PI goals
- Gather requirements for data movement and overall data needs
- Create process diagrams for complex workflows to simplify alignment and guide teams toward goals




- Compile requirements and information needed to establish a cloud setting

Requirements

- Broad IT background (5+ years) including business analysis, BRD/FRD development, and stakeholder management
- Advanced capability in data analysis, data modeling, data migration, and data mapping
- Practical experience using SQL and working with ETL/ELT processes
- Strong experience acting as the SDLC connector between business partners and development teams
- Familiarity with Agile project/change management tooling like Jira, Rally ALM, TFS, or ServiceNow
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks, with experience in Scrum, Kanban, Scrum Ban, or SAFe
- Ability to author source-to-target mapping documentation and perform gap analysis across databases
- Capability to run business workshops and keep Agile ceremonies effective and focused

Nice to have

- Experience across at least two technical stack areas such as DB & backend services, ETL processes, API & web services, batch jobs, notifications and subscriptions, or message queues
- Industry exposure to Manufacturing, BFSI, Insurance, Payments, Healthcare, Life Sciences, ECOMM, or Supply Chain
- Familiarity with software development and/or testing practices
- Involvement in Scrum Master or Project Manager activities
- Experience working onsite at a client location
