- Operations Management: Supervise the entire cycle of sorting, washing, drying, pressing, folding, packaging, and dispatching linen, uniforms, and guest garments.
- Staff Supervision: Assign daily shifts, monitor team attendance and discipline, and train staff on proper handling procedures.
- Chemical & Fabric Care: Manage chemical and detergent dosing (bleach, softeners, sanitisers) and select correct wash methods for different fabrics (delicates, heavy cotton, hospital/hotel linen).
- Quality Control & Stain Removal: Inspect finished work to minimize damage, shrinkage, or rework, and oversee specialized stain-removal techniques.
- Equipment Maintenance: Monitor the performance of washer-extractors, dryers, and ironers, coordinating prompt repairs with the engineering or maintenance team.
- Inventory & Record Keeping: Track stock levels of linens, uniforms, and cleaning supplies, place reorders when needed, and maintain daily shift logs.
- Hygiene & Safety Compliance: Enforce workplace safety standards, proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and strict infection-control protocols (especially for healthcare settings).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
