Roles and Responsibilities :

- Provide technical support to customers through phone calls, emails, or chats in Spanish language.

- Troubleshoot issues related to software products and provide solutions in a timely manner.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer queries and escalate when necessary.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

- 1-8 years of experience in customer care or technical support role.

- Proficiency in Spanish language (written & spoken).

- Robust communication skills for effective issue resolution over the phone/email/chat.
