Role overview

Provide L1+ support for Windows servers and related infrastructure at the Ranjangaon site. The role includes day-to-day administration, monitoring, initial troubleshooting, and coordination with technical teams and vendors to resolve incidents.

Key responsibilities

- Active Directory and user access Manage user accounts, group memberships, password resets, account unlocks, and approved access requests.

- Sectona PAM – Support privileged account onboarding, access requests, and session monitoring.

- Windows Server – Perform routine server health checks, monitor infrastructure alerts, and troubleshoot server and service issues.

- FortiSIEM – Monitor logs and alerts, perform initial triage, and escalate incidents to the appropriate team.





- Veeam Backup and Recovery – Monitor backup jobs, investigate failures, and assist with approved restores.

- Nutanix – Monitor virtual infrastructure and support day-to-day VM operations.

- VPN support – Troubleshoot connectivity and authentication issues and coordinate escalations.

- Compliance and operations – Assist with audits, coordinate with vendors, and maintain SOPs, incident records, and operational reports.
