Designation: Customer KYC & Compliance Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer KYC & Compliance Executive to manage customer onboarding, KYC documentation, verification, record maintenance, and compliance activities in accordance with RJC standards, PMLA, AML guidelines, and internal company policies.

### Key Responsibilities

- Collect, verify, and maintain KYC documents of new and existing customers.
- Ensure proper documentation of PAN, GST, identity, address, and business registration details.
- Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), wherever applicable.
- Perform customer risk assessments and identify high-risk customers and beneficial owners.
- Support AML/PMLA compliance, sanctions screening, and escalation of suspicious activities.
- Maintain accurate, updated, and audit-ready KYC records and databases.
- Monitor pending, expired, and incomplete KYC documents and coordinate for timely updates.
- Maintain compliance trackers,



periodic review records, and MIS reports.
- Assist in RJC compliance, internal audits, external audits, and regulatory documentation.
- Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of customer information.

### Required Skills

- Knowledge of KYC, AML, PMLA, and customer due diligence processes.
- Understanding of RJC compliance requirements will be an advantage.
- Good documentation, data management, and MS Excel skills.
- Solid attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet compliance deadlines.

### Experience & Qualification

- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in KYC, compliance, banking, finance, or operations preferred.
- Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
