Role Description The Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistent food quality, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards. This full time, on-site role is based in calicut and includes supervising kitchen staff, coordinating food preparation and cooking activities, and managing food service timing to meet guest expectations. The role involves monitoring inventory, assisting with menu planning, and ensuring that recipes and portion controls are followed.

Supervisor will work closely with management and service teams to support smooth operations, minimize waste, and uphold hospitality standards.

Qualifications

- Strong supervisory skills to lead kitchen staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
- Proficiency in food preparation and cooking, with solid culinary skills.
- Experience in food service operations, ensuring productive and timely delivery of dishes.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and basic kitchen equipment maintenance.
- Prior experience in hotel or restaurant kitchens is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to train and support staff.
- Formal culinary training or certification is an advantage.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
