Job Responsibilities:

- Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Prepare and cook food according to the restaurant menu.
- Maintain food quality, taste and presentation.
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and food hygiene.
- Manage ingredients and kitchen stock.
- Follow food safety standards and kitchen procedures.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Indian and Continental cuisine.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen workplace.
