GCC Drilling Academy is looking for experienced and motivated *Recruiters* to join our team in Kochi, Kerala.

Position: Recruiter

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Job Location: Kochi, Kerala

Salary:₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Employment Type:Full-Time | Office-Based

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and identify suitable candidates for job vacancies.

- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments.

- Coordinate interviews and follow up with applicants.

- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.

- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Support recruitment activities for domestic and overseas job requirements.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience.





- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to source, screen and coordinate candidates.

- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and documentation.

- Good coordination and organisational skills.
