- Ansible Automation Engineer

Position Overview:We are looking for a Mid-Level Ansible Automation Engineer with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure automation and configuration management. In this role, you will write, maintain, and optimize Ansible playbooks, roles, and collections to automate IT infrastructure provisioning, patching, and application deployments while maintaining seamless CI/CD integrations.

Senior Ansible Automation EngineerPosition OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Ansible Automation Engineer with 5 to 8 years of deep expertise in enterprise-grade infrastructure automation and Red Hat AAP optimization. You will take ownership of end-to-end automation workflows, design modular roles and collections, and build tight integrations between Ansible, cloud/on-prem infrastructure, and modern enterprise DevOps platforms.

3. Lead Ansible Automation Specialist / ArchitectPosition Overview:We are hiring a Lead Ansible Automation Specialist with 8 to 12 years of enterprise automation leadership. In this role, you will define the architecture and strategy for large-scale IT automation, lead Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) deployment standards, design complex multi-datacenter workflows, and drive cross-functional digital transformation initiatives.

- Playbook & Role Development: Develop, test, and maintain reusable Ansible playbooks, roles, and collections using standard YAML practices.
- Platform Administration: Administer daily operations on Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) / Tower, including job templates and inventory execution.
- Infrastructure & Patching Automation: Automate routine Linux administration tasks, configuration updates, system patching, and software deployments.
- CI/CD & Tool Integration:



Integrate Ansible workflows into existing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and version control tools (Git).
- Troubleshooting & Support: Troubleshoot playbook failures, pipeline bottlenecks, and operational issues to maintain high system reliability.
- Core Technical Stack: Ansible (Playbooks, Roles, Collections, YAML), Red Hat AAP, Linux Administration, Git.
- Scripting & CI/CD: Hands-on Python or Shell scripting with experience integrating Ansible into CI/CD workflows.

- AAP Architecture & Optimization: Administer, configure, and optimize Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) for high availability, security, and RBAC policy management.
- CI/CD & Enterprise Integrations: Drive seamless Ansible integration with enterprise CI/CD toolchains, monitoring platforms, and secret management utilities (HashiCorp Vault, CyberArk, etc.).
- Process Automation: Build automated patching regimes, compliance remediation, and application deployment frameworks across multi-OS environments.
- L3 Escalation & Engineering: Lead root-cause analysis for complex automation failures, tune playbook performance, and mentor junior engineers on Ansible best practices.




- Core Technical Stack: Advanced Ansible Playbooks/Roles/Collections, Red Hat AAP, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Git, YAML standards.
- Development & Scripting: Strong Python and Shell scripting skills for custom Ansible module creation and API-driven automation.
- Enterprise Delivery: Demonstrated experience in CI/CD integration, automated patching, security hardening, and production troubleshooting.

- Automation Strategy & Architecture: Define enterprise automation standards, governance, and architecture using Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP).
- Enterprise Framework Design: Architect modular, enterprise-ready Ansible roles, custom plugins, collections, and execution environments for high-concurrency operations.
- Toolchain & Cloud Integration: Architect integrations across hybrid cloud infrastructures (AWS/Azure/VMware), enterprise ITSM solutions (ServiceNow), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Operational Excellence & Security: Establish secure credential management, execution policies, dynamic inventory strategies, and compliance automation frameworks.
- Technical Leadership: Lead technical discussions with stakeholders, mentor cross-functional teams, evaluate new automation tooling, and drive high-reliability IT operations.
- Core Technical Stack: Expert-level Ansible & Red Hat AAP Architecture, Advanced Python/Shell Scripting, Linux Kernel/Systems Administration, Git branching strategies.
- Architectural Experience: Multi-site/hybrid-cloud infrastructure automation, complex API integrations (ServiceNow, Vault, REST APIs), and CI/CD orchestration.
- Soft Skills: Outstanding cross-functional collaboration, technical leadership, agile problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,850,000.00 per year
