The role of a transport manager involves the following duties:

- Making sure vehicles are properly maintained
- Inspecting vehicles
- Arranging repairs and routine maintenance
- Ensuring that all drivers and operators have the correct, up to date qualifications
- Maintain Regulatory Vehicle Compliance: RC, Health, PUC, Insurance etc.
- Reducing the risk of vehicle overloading
- Maintaining and completing accurate records
- Expense Management: Diesel, Toll, Tyre(s), Breakdown Maintenance, On Road expenses
- Internal and customer coordination
- Keeping schedules and organizing team members, HUB management.
- Vehicle utilization
- Market Vehicles: Rate Contracts, Availability, Timely Billing
- Bikers Arrangement
- Profitability
- TMS Management

Requisites:

· Communication Skills – Verbal, Written and Spoken

· Continual Improvement Process.

· Supply Chain Experience.

· MS Office.

· TMS

· Recruiting.

· Mentoring.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
