About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern who has recently completed graduation or post-graduation in HR or a related field. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain practical experience in Human Resources and develop their skills in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting and resume screening.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Assist in attendance management and other HR administrative activities.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR-related tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams for day-to-day HR operations.

Eligibility Criteria

- Recently graduated in HR,



MBA (HR), BBA, B.Com, or a related discipline.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Solid interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
