About the Chance

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our founding team and take a leading role in building and managing our technology products.

We are developing a technology venture focused on artificial intelligence, quantum technology, quantum computing and advanced computational solutions.

This role offers an opportunity to take ownership of product development, make important technical decisions and contribute directly to building the company's technology ecosystem from the ground up.

What You Will Be Building

You will lead and contribute to three major technology areas:

1. Company Website

- Lead website development, maintenance and improvements.
- Build new pages, landing pages and interactive features.
- Manage frontend, backend, APIs and integrations.
- Improve website performance, security and user experience.
- Manage hosting, deployment and technical infrastructure.

2. Online Academy

Build and manage an online education platform offering courses, learning programmes and professional certifications.

- Develop the learning management system (LMS).
- Build student registration, login and dashboard functionality.
- Implement course enrolment and payment systems.
- Develop video-based learning, assignments, quizzes and examinations.
- Build automated certification and certificate verification systems.
- Implement student progress tracking and course management dashboards.




- Coordinate with academic and research teams to implement learning requirements.

3. Quantum Thinking Platform

Contribute to building an AI-driven problem-solving platform that explores solutions using artificial intelligence, algorithms, quantum principles and quantum computing technologies.

- Develop frontend and backend platform components.
- Build APIs, user dashboards and authentication systems.
- Integrate LLMs, AI models and AI agent workflows.
- Develop backend services for problem processing and solution execution.
- Support algorithm and simulation integrations.
- Collaborate with AI/ML developers and quantum computing researchers.
- Assist with integrations involving external quantum computing frameworks and hardware providers.

Technical Requirements

Frontend:

- React.js and Next.js
- JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3
- Responsive web application development

Backend:

- Node.js, Python or similar technologies
- REST APIs and third-party integrations
- Backend architecture and database management

Database and Cloud:

- PostgreSQL, MySQL or MongoDB
- AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
- Git, GitHub and CI/CD
- Application deployment, security and optimisation

AI and Emerging Technology:

- OpenAI API or other LLM integrations
- AI agents and RAG applications




- Familiarity with MCP and AI development tools
- Knowledge of quantum computing is an advantage

Experience Required

- 6–12 years of full-stack development experience.
- Experience building and deploying complete web applications.
- Ability to independently manage frontend and backend development.
- Experience with SaaS platforms, LMS products or complex web applications.
- Previous technical leadership or project ownership experience.
- Ability to make architecture decisions and take responsibility for delivery.

Equity and Compensation

This is a founding team opportunity with equity-based compensation.

- Final equity allocation will depend on experience, technical expertise, responsibilities and long-term contribution.
- No fixed salary or monthly cash compensation is available at the current stage.
- Equity will be formally documented with agreed vesting conditions and applicable legal approvals.
- Future salary consideration will depend on the company's revenue and financial capacity. It is not guaranteed.

Candidates should understand the risks associated with joining an early-stage venture and be comfortable with the equity-only arrangement.
