Job Overview

We are looking for candidates interested in building a career in banking sales for the IDFC FIRST Bank Personal Loan Process in Thane.

The role involves interacting with prospective customers, understanding their financial requirements, providing information about personal loan products, and assisting them with the application process.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Interact with prospective customers and explain personal loan products.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information.
- Generate leads and maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
- Assist customers with loan applications and documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer details and application records.
- Achieve assigned individual and team sales targets.
- Follow banking processes and customer service guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

- HSC Pass or Graduate candidates are eligible.




- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Interest in banking sales and financial services.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented workplace.
- Versant Level 4 communication assessment required.

Salary Details

NAPS Category: ₹21,000 monthly in-hand.

CTC Category: ₹22,000 monthly CTC (approximately ₹18,600 in-hand).

Employment category and salary structure will be explained during the selection process.

Working Details

- Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday
- Work Location: Thane, Maharashtra
- Transportation: Pick-up and drop facility from Thane Railway Station, available from the training period as per company policy.
