- Managing daily store sales and achieving monthly targets.
- Leading the store team, brand promoters and VAS/accessories staff.
- Driving mobile, accessories, VAS, EMI, exchange and other sales.
- Managing stock, billing, cash reconciliation and store operations.
- Handling customer service, complaints and warranty/DOA cases.
- Following up on customer leads through CRM and Runo.
- Managing ageing stock and ensuring proper inventory control.
- Planning local marketing activities and improving store sales.
- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinating with other Jamsons stores for cross-selling leads.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Store management: 1 year (Preferred)
- Management reporting: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
