JOB DESCRIPTION – FACTORY MANAGER

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Factory Manager to oversee daily factory operations, manage production activities, supervise workers, and ensure timely delivery of quality products. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership, production planning, inventory management, and problem-solving skills, preferably with experience in LED lighting or electrical manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day factory operations and production activities.
- Plan production schedules and ensure timely completion of production targets.
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Supervise factory employees, trainees, and other production staff.
- Allocate duties, monitor attendance, and maintain workforce discipline.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Stores, Quality Control, and Sales departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor raw materials, finished goods, and inventory levels to prevent shortages and wastage.
- Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of machinery, tools, and equipment.
- Implement safety procedures and maintain cleanliness and discipline within the factory.
- Maintain production records,



stock reports, material consumption reports, and daily production updates.
- Identify operational issues and implement measures to improve productivity and reduce manufacturing costs.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and dispatch of finished products.
- Report daily production status, challenges, and performance to the management.

Qualifications and Experience

- Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- AGE BETWEEN 35 YRS -45YRS
- Minimum 3+years of experience in factory or production management.
- Experience in LED lighting, electrical products, electronics, or manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of production planning, inventory control, quality management, and factory operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage a team and achieve production targets within deadlines.
