Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to handle and expand our sales network in the Lucknow region.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the electrical industry and an established network of distributors and dealers in the electrical segment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and expand the distributor and dealer network across the assigned territory.
- Build strong relationships with existing and potential distributors.
- Identify new business opportunities and appoint channel partners.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Manage distributor performance, market coverage and secondary sales.
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.
- Ensure effective product promotion and brand visibility.
- execute BTL and ATL activities




- Based on sales sales officers will be deployed under the ASM after reviewing performance for 6 months

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in the electrical industry.
- Robust existing distributor and dealer network in the Lucknow region.
- Experience in electrical products such as wires, cables, switches, MCBs and related products will be preferred.
- Good negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to independently manage the assigned territory and achieve sales targets.

Compensation

₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month plus Conveyance / travel expensesdepending on experience and capabilities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
