Job description:

CREDIT CONTROL OFFICER
LOCATION: ERNAKULAM
SALARY: UPTO 18,000
TWO-WHEELER IS MANDATORY

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Follow up with customers regularly regarding pending and overdue payments.
- Conduct field visits to customers for payment collection and outstanding balance clearance.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, and Project teams to resolve payment-related issues.
- Contact customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and direct visits for payment reminders.
- Identify reasons for payment delays and take necessary follow-up actions.
- Prepare and submit daily collection reports and pending payment status updates to management.




- Ensure collected payments are properly documented and reported to the Accounts Department.
