Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Manager – HR Operations with 8+ years of experience in managing end-to-end HR operations and the complete employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in HRIS, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee benefits, onboarding, exit management, and HR reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, induction, employee documentation, and exit formalities.
- Handle HRIS transactions, employee data updates, promotions, transfers, and compensation revisions.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, validation, and payroll-related queries.
- Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity, and Labour Laws.
- Administer employee benefits, insurance, reimbursements, and statutory benefits.
- Manage employee queries and ensure timely resolution within defined SLAs.
- Coordinate with payroll, BGV,



and advantages administration vendors.
- Oversee background verification and vendor performance.
- Prepare HR MIS, dashboards, attrition reports, and operational metrics.
- Support HR audits, UAT testing, HR process improvements, and system upgrades.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA in HR preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Shared Services / HR Governance.
