We are looking for confident, enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecallers to join our real estate sales team in Chennai.

The candidate will be responsible for calling customers who have previously shown interest in buying apartments, villas and residential plots. The primary objective is to understand their requirements, explain suitable property options and convert interested prospects into qualified site visits.

This is an chance for candidates who are interested in sales, communication and building a career in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective property buyers from the company's database.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, preferred location and purchase timeline.
- Explain relevant residential projects, including apartments, villas and plots.
- Identify genuine and interested buyers and generate qualified leads.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Convince prospects to schedule property site visits.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth site visit arrangements.
- Maintain daily call records,



follow-up details and lead status.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and site visit targets.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and computer usage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle customer objections and follow up professionally.
- Freshers are welcome. Previous telecalling or sales experience will be an advantage.
