- We are hiring enthusiastic UPS Technicians, Electrical Service Engineers, and Junior Service Engineers to handle UPS systems, inverters, batteries, and servo stabilizers.
- Freshers are welcome! No extensive experience needed – just basic technical knowledge, a learning mindset, and an interest in hands-on technical work.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, commission, repair, and maintain Online UPS, Offline UPS, inverters, batteries, and servo voltage stabilizers.
- Perform UPS installation, commissioning, electrical maintenance, and power backup system servicing.
- Attend customer complaints and handle technical troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and electrical fault finding.
- Perform preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and battery health checks.
- Conduct UPS load testing, battery testing, voltage measurements, and equipment inspections.
- Maintain SMF, VRLA, and Tubular Batteries, battery banks, and battery charging systems.
- Work with digital multimeters, clamp meters, and battery analyzers.
- Provide on-site service, customer support, and technical field support.
- Handle UPS repair, inverter repair, battery replacement, and servo stabilizer maintenance.
- Perform electrical testing, equipment commissioning, and power supply troubleshooting.




- Prepare service reports with photographs and customer signatures.
- Maintain spare parts inventory, service records, and battery replacement records.
- Support Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and scheduled preventive maintenance activities.
- Follow electrical safety standards and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) procedures.

Requirements

- Basic knowledge of UPS, electrical systems, inverters, batteries, and power electronics (not mandatory).
- ITI / Diploma / BE / B.Tech – Electrical / Electronics / EEE / ECE preferred.
- Knowledge of UPS troubleshooting, electrical maintenance, battery maintenance, and installation is an added advantage.
- Ability to use digital multimeters, clamp meters, and battery testing equipment.
- Good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Tamil communication skills and basic English.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for technical work.
