- Lead generation and follow-up
- Calling prospective customers and partners
- Preparing and following up on quotations
- Coordinating with the field sales team
- Maintaining customer and lead databases
- Following up on enquiries and opportunities
- Supporting sales conversion and order closure
- Regular reporting of lead and sales activities
Preferred Profile:
- Experience in Inside Sales / Tele Sales / IT & ELV sales preferred
- Valuable communication and follow-up skills
- Basic understanding of IT, networking, ELV or security solutions will be an advantage
- Ability to coordinate effectively with field sales and technical teams
- Candidates based in or around Kozhikode/Trivandrum preferred
Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
