Details about the position:

Position – Dispatch Executive
Location – Nallasopara East (Highway)

Key Responsibilities

- Process and manage daily marketplace orders from Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other platforms.
- Coordinate picking, packing, labeling, and dispatch activities.
- Generate shipping labels, invoices, manifests, and courier documentation.
- Coordinate with courier partners for pickups and delivery issues.
- Track dispatched orders and resolve shipment-related escalations.
- Maintain dispatch records and update order status on marketplace portals.
- Monitor pending orders, cancellations, returns, and RTOs.
- Ensure proper packaging standards to minimize damage and returns.
- Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams for stock availability.
- Assist in maintaining operational accuracy and daily dispatch reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant experience in e-commerce operations.
- 1–3 years of experience in dispatch, warehouse, or marketplace operations preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal, etc.
- Basic knowledge of courier aggregators and logistics processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple orders efficiently.
