Job Title: HR Recruiter
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates and manage the selection process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Requirements:
- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in recruitment (freshers can also apply).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid sourcing, screening, and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
