Want to learn how a big travel brand really works, from the inside, and grow into running it? This is the job.

Who we are

We're Abbey and Tijs, Australian travel and fitness creators from Melbourne. Over 300,000 people follow us across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, and our videos are watched millions of times a year. We travel the world, film it, and share where to go, what to eat and how to stay fit on the road.

We also run two businesses that grew out of that audience:

- The Fit Nomads app, on iOS and Android, to help travellers plan trips and stay fit.

- A travel eSIM company, which gives travellers mobile data the moment they land overseas.

We're looking for one person to join us and help with all three. You'll work directly with us, not with a manager in between.

This is not a job we want to fill for a year. It's the first role in our team in India, and we're looking for someone to build a long-term career with us.

and we want to spend more of our time travelling and creating. Our plan is for the right person to grow, step by step, into running the day-to-day of these businesses for us: the customers, the content, the systems and, in time, a team of their own.

You'll start with the basics and take on more as you show you're ready. Your pay and bonuses grow with your responsibility. If you're ambitious and want a real career, not just a job, this is a big opportunity.

What you'll do

- Reply to comments and messages on our Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, in our voice. Most are people planning a trip or asking about the app.

- Look after our customers. Help travellers get their eSIM working, and help app subscribers with their account. Most problems are the same few things, and we'll give you a step-by-step guide for each one.

- Make content with AI. Captions, carousels and short clips cut from our travel videos, starting from our examples and growing into your own ideas.

- Keep things running. Schedule posts, update spreadsheets, research destinations, test new versions of the app, and tell us which messages need us personally.

We're often filming in another time zone, so you'll mostly work on your own, with a short video call with us every day.

Who we're looking for

Someone who likes working things out. We'll show you how something works, write it down, and then trust you with it. When you hit something new, you try to figure it out first (AI helps a lot here), then ask. If you see a better way, you tell us.

You need:

1. Very valuable written English. You'll be writing to our followers and customers as us.

2. A real feel for Instagram and TikTok.



You use them every day and you notice what makes a post or a reply work.

3. Self-motivation. You keep going without someone checking each step, and you finish what you start.

4. Quick learning, especially new apps and AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude. You don't need to be an expert yet.

5. Honesty. "Let me check and come back to you" beats a guess, every time.

A bonus, but not required: video editing (CapCut, InShot, Premiere, anything), marketing, Canva, a love of travel or fitness, and Malayalam for local errands. If you have none of these, please still apply. We'll teach you, and these are the skills that grow your bonus fastest.

You're welcome to use AI to help you. If you do, tell us in one line how you used it. We care much more about the reply you'd actually send than about how you got there.
