Job Responsibilities

- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is completed as per project specifications.
- Monitor workers, contractors, and subcontractors at the site.
- Ensure work progress according to the project schedule.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project managers.
- Maintain daily site reports and attendance records.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Follow safety rules and maintain site discipline.
- Identify site issues and report them to the project engineer.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of construction/site activities.
- Ability to manage workers and coordinate site activities.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.




- Basic knowledge of drawings and measurements.
- Problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel and reporting).

Experience & Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Site Supervisor.
- Willingness to work at project locations.
- Ability to handle daily site activities independently.
- Hardworking, responsible, and disciplined.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
