About the Company A growing FMCG and food distribution organization dealing in premium international food brands across multiple sales channels, including Modern Trade, General Trade, HoReCa and E-Commerce.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to drive sales growth, manage key customers and expand business distribution in the assigned market.

The candidate should have a robust background in FMCG or food distribution, with hands-on experience in key account management and distributor handling.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Manage key accounts across Modern Trade, General Trade and HoReCa channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market distribution.
- Develop business plans and execute sales strategies with key customers.
- Negotiate commercial terms, promotional activities and customer agreements.
- Monitor sales performance, stock availability, fill rates and product visibility.
- Coordinate with supply chain, finance,



marketing and operations teams.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports and market performance updates.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify business growth opportunities.
- Ensure timely collections and adherence to company policies.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in FMCG / Food & Beverage sales or distribution.
- Hands-on experience in Key Account Management.
- Experience managing Modern Trade, General Trade and HoReCa accounts.
- Good understanding of distributor management and sales operations.
- Strong negotiation, business development and relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MIS reporting and sales analysis.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Industry FMCG, Packaged Foods, Food & Beverage and Food Distribution.

Candidates with relevant FMCG / Food Distribution experience and strong key account management exposure are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
