Project Execution: Manage the execution of civil work, ensuring all construction aligns with structural drawings, architectural designs, and technical specifications.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to enforce strict quality control standards for materials and workmanship.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate effectively with architects, contractors, sub-contractors, and site labourers to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any on-site technical issues.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure that all strict safety protocols and health regulations are followed in office to maintain a zero-incident work environment.
- Resource Management: Estimate material requirements, track inventory, and minimize wastage of construction materials.
- Reporting: Prepare accurate daily/weekly progress reports and maintain all necessary site documentation.
