- Dispense medicines according to doctors' prescriptions.
- Verify prescriptions for correct dosage, drug interactions, and contraindications.
- Maintain and manage hospital pharmacy stock.
- Check expiry dates and proper storage of medicines.
- Maintain records of controlled and emergency medicines.
- Provide medication counselling to patients.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor adverse drug reactions (ADRs).
- Prepare and dispense medicines for inpatients and outpatients.
- Follow hospital pharmacy rules and regulations.
- Participate in medication safety and quality assurance activities.
2. Educational qualifications
- Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm).
- Valid pharmacist registration with the State Pharmacy Council.
- Knowledge of hospital pharmacy practices.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
