Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering or related field.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Junior Interior Consultant to handle customer enquiries, provide preliminary interior design consultations and coordinate design presentations .

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries, incoming calls and walk-in clients.
- Understand customer requirements, budget and interior design preferences.
- Provide preliminary consultation on interior products, materials, finishes and solutions.
- Assist in preparing basic 2D layouts and 3D design presentations.
- Manage and coordinate Experience Centre activities and product displays.
- Coordinate with Design, Sales and Project teams for customer requirements.
- Assist in preparing quotations and preliminary scope of work.
- Conduct regular customer follow-ups and maintain enquiry records.




- Support lead conversion and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of interior design concepts and materials.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp or other 2D/3D software will be an advantage.
- Good presentation, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and sales-oriented approach.
