About Us

We are an established, fast-growing 30-person electronics manufacturing and R&D; firm based in the Wazirpur Industrial area, Delhi. We focus heavily on physical hardware production, managing a robust pipeline of 20 active product lines. Unlike pure design houses, we house our own fully operational, automated SMT (Surface Mount Technology) assembly lines and pick-and-place infrastructure entirely on-site.

Job Overview

As a Junior Hardware Engineer, you will work directly alongside our Senior PCB Designer and testing teams. Because we have our own SMT line on-site, you will not just be sitting in front of a screen; you will see your designs move directly onto our live automated assembly line. This role is highly practical and perfect for someone who wants to master physical board design, prototyping, DFM (Design for Manufacturability), and automated production deployment.

Key Responsibilities

- PCB Layout & Routing: Replicate schematic captures into clean, manufacturable 2-layer and multi-layer PCB layouts using design tools (KiCad, EasyEDA, or Altium).

- DFM Optimization: Design layouts keeping our in-house SMT machine specifications in mind (panelization, fiducial placements, and component orientation).

- Component Footprint Creation: Create and verify custom footprints and library components based on technical datasheets.

- Prototyping & Bring-Up: Perform hands-on prototyping, including initial component soldering (SMD & Through-hole) and breadboarding for design validation.

- Testing Coordination: Partner closely with our testing and QA technicians to troubleshoot hardware bugs, fix design errors,



and optimize First Pass Yield (FPY).

- BOM Management: Help compile and verify accurate Bills of Materials (BOM) to ensure zero component shortages during manufacturing runs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Technical Education: B.Tech / Diploma in Electronics & Communication (ECE), Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

- PCB Design Software: Proven hands-on familiarity with at least one major PCB design tool (KiCad, EasyEDA, Altium, or Eagle).

- Hardware Basics: Solid understanding of active vs. passive electronic components and ability to read technical schematics accurately.

- Manual Dexterity: Basic manual soldering skills (handling multi-meters, soldering irons, and identifying component footprints) are highly preferred.

- Mindset: A strong problem-solving attitude, attention to detail, and a desire to work in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment.
