Die Design Engineer – Sheet Metal

We are hiring a Die Design Engineer with experience in sheet metal die design and development.

Key Responsibilities

- Design Progressive, Compound, Transfer, and Stage Dies.
- Prepare 2D and 3D CAD designs.
- Analyse component drawings and tooling requirements.
- Perform DFM and ensure design feasibility.
- Prepare die drawings, BOMs, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with production and tool room teams.
- Support die try-outs, troubleshooting, and modifications.

Required Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Tool Design.
- 2–3 years of experience in sheet metal die design.
- Knowledge of sheet metal forming and press operations.
- Proficiency in VISI (preferred), NX, or CATIA.
- Understanding of GD&T;, machining, and tool room practices.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
