Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Engineer role based in Jodhpur Tehsil.

The Junior

Engineer will support day-to-day operations of renewable energy projects, including monitoring equipment performance, assisting with installation and commissioning activities, and coordinating with senior engineers and site supervisors.

Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing technical data, preparing basic reports and documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures. The role also involves assisting in routine inspections, troubleshooting minor technical issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives at the project site.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational technical skills in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering relevant to utility or renewable energy projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in basic data analysis, documentation, and use of common office and engineering software tools.
- Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to follow technical instructions and safety guidelines.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary site and project teams.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field) from an accredited institution.
- Willingness to work in office in Jodhpur Tehsil and adapt to field conditions, including occasional extended hours based on project needs.
- Prior internship or entry-level experience in power, utilities, or renewable energy projects is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Commitment to safe work practices and an interest in sustainable and renewable energy development.
