Junior CRM Consultant

Responsibilities

Client relationship and coordination

- Be the first point of contact for clients once they are onboarded.
- Coordinate with internal team members on each clients scope of work and its execution, so that delivery matches what was agreed.
- Manage client relationships and build a genuine rapport with client contacts over time.

Retention and growth

- Drive client retention through regular, proactive engagement.
- Upsell and cross-sell our services to existing clients, and keep them informed about new services across all four verticals.
- Work closely with the business team to create and implement client retention strategies.

Data and reporting

- Maintain the client database and keep it accurate and current.
- Analyse client data to spot patterns, risks and opportunities.
- Report to the Founders on the client database and the analytics they need.

Requirements

Must have
- A graduate degree in any discipline, and 02 years of experience in client servicing, account management, customer success or a similar role.
- Transparent, warm and professional written and spoken communication in English; Hindi is helpful.
- Comfort with spreadsheets and basic data analysis (Excel or Google Sheets), and a willingness to learn CRM tools.
- Strong organisation and follow-through: you track commitments, deadlines and next steps without being chased.




- Discretion. You will handle information about sensitive workplace matters and must treat it with care and strict confidentiality.
- All four verticals: POSHequili, Child Safety at Work, Mental Health at Work, Inclusion at Work.
- Full-time consultant.
- Remote.

Good to have

- Exposure to HR, legal, compliance, psychology or professional services.
- Experience with a CRM platform or a client tracker.
- Interest in workplace safety, mental health, inclusion or child protection.
