Experience Required: 1 – 3 Years

Prepare detailed 2D/3D CAD drawings for Plumbing (Public Health Engineering) and Firefighting systems in accordance with project standards and local building codes.

Prepare schematic diagrams, pipe routing, riser diagrams, and execution details for water supply, drainage, and fire protection systems (sprinklers, hydrants, pumps).

Generate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and material schedules from approved drawings.

Ensure standard CAD layer management, drafting standards, and quality control across all project deliverables.

Required Skills

1 to 3 years of proven experience in CAD drafting specifically for plumbing and firefighting systems.

Proficiency in AutoCAD (knowledge of Revit MEP or 3D will be advantage)

Understanding of standard plumbing codes, fire safety guidelines, and pipe sizing basics.

Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
