Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

The Job

Title will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to translate business goals into actionable plans and deliverables. Day-to-day responsibilities may include gathering and analyzing requirements, contributing to the design of architecture or solutions, preparing documentation and presentations, and supporting the implementation of platforms, data, and AI initiatives. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, participating in workshops and reviews,



and ensuring that project work aligns with GrowthArc’s Business Technology Blueprint framework.

- Comfort working with data, digital platforms, and AI-driven solutions, with an interest in learning new tools and technologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear documentation, reports, and client-facing materials.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or Information Systems), or equivalent practical experience.
- High level of accountability, attention to detail, and commitment to inclusive, ethical, and non-discriminatory work practices.
- Prior experience in consulting, technology services, or enterprise projects is beneficial, especially within data, platform, or AI-driven environments.
