About the Company

Devmani Traders Pvt. Ltd. is a financial services firm established in 2008 and an Authorised Person of Kotak Securities Ltd. We serve HNI, family and corporate clients across equity, F&O; and commodity markets.

We are looking for an experienced Equity Dealer to join our dealing desk. The candidate will be responsible for executing client orders across equity cash, derivatives and commodity segments with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute client orders in NSE/BSE equity cash and F&O; segments.
- Handle MCX/NCDEX commodity trading orders.
- Execute market, limit, stop-loss, basket and AMO orders.
- Handle IPO, buyback, OFS and corporate-action applications.
- Monitor client positions, margins and MTM.
- Track expiry-day positions and settlement obligations.
- Confirm orders with clients before and after execution.
- Coordinate funds pay-in/pay-out and back-office activities.
- Perform daily trade reconciliation.
- Maintain dealing records and follow SEBI and exchange compliance requirements.

Eligibility & Requirements:

- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Economics or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience as an Equity/Commodity Dealer.




- Mandatory NISM Series VIII – Equity Derivatives certification.
- Mandatory NISM Series XVI – Commodity Derivatives certification.
- NISM Series VII certification will be an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with equity, F&O; and commodity trading terminals.
- Good understanding of order types, margin requirements and expiry rules.
- Knowledge of options strategies such as covered calls and collars.
- Good MS Excel skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi; Marathi/Gujarati preferred.
