Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager specializing in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end hiring activities and manage the recruitment team. The candidate should have strong sourcing, stakeholder management, team leadership and recruitment strategy experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for various departments and positions.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Manage and guide the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
- Handle bulk hiring as well as mid-level and senior-level recruitment.
- Manage job postings on Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment portals.
- Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline and talent database.
- Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire and offer-to-joining ratio.




- Handle salary negotiations, offer management and candidate follow-ups.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Prepare recruitment MIS, hiring reports and dashboards.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates, consultants and business stakeholders.

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in and Recruitment.
- Expertise in Naukri, LinkedIn and Boolean Search.
- Excellent team management and leadership skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and meet tight deadlines.

Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification. Experience: As per company requirements.
