Role : Desktop Engineer L1

Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai

Exp: 1-3 years

Responsibilities -

- Hardware troubleshooting, diagnosis and break/fix support, Windows OS installation, and troubleshooting
- End-user support for Microsoft 365 applications/services such as Outlook/Email, Teams, Excel and other Office applications, Printer installation, troubleshooting day-to-day end-user issues and ensuring timely resolution
- Basic LAN/WAN connectivity troubleshooting and support case logging
- Recent user asset allocation and IT inventory management
- Endpoint security and compliance support, including installation and troubleshooting of CrowdStrike, BitLocker, DLP and other endpoint security tools
- Hands-on experience on incident/request handling and tracking through ticketing tools
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle end users professionally and provide prompt support and resolution
- Support for IT standard application and softwares, Lab Instruments and applications or software issues.
