HIRING: JDE TECHNICAL CONSULTANT

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced JDE Technical Consultant with strong expertise in JD Edwards technical development and implementation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with JDE technical components such as FDA, RDA, NER, BSFN and Power Forms, along with strong proficiency in JDE Orchestrator.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Validate testing activities completed during the JD Edwards implementation lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot technical development issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Perform unit testing to verify application functionality against business requirements and design specifications.
- Analyse, debug and resolve issues in standard JDE programs, including NERs and Custom Business Functions (CBFNs).
- Handle issue analysis, bug fixing and technical troubleshooting.
- Recommend system improvements and analyse associated risks and mitigation plans.
- Work on system architecture development, application interfaces and interoperability.
- Support integration of JD Edwards with external systems using Business Services and Orchestrator.




- Work on BI Publisher-related requirements.
- Provide technical training to internal customer teams on JD Edwards.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

- 8 years of experience in JD Edwards Technical.
- Strong understanding of JDE technical components:
- FDA (Form Design Aid)
- RDA (Report Design Aid)
- NER (Named Event Rules)
- BSFN (Business Functions)
- Power Forms
- Master Business Functions
- Strong proficiency in JDE Orchestrator is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with BI Publisher.
- Good understanding of integrating JD Edwards with external systems using Business Services and Orchestrator.
- Experience in system architecture development, application interfaces and interoperability.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies and structured approaches to system development.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Security and infrastructure experience will be an added advantage.
