Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with strong Apache Kafka expertise to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance distributed applications. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Java-based backend development, microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and real-time data streaming using Kafka.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and related technologies.

- Develop and implement scalable microservices using Spring Boot.

- Design and build event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka.

- Create Kafka producers, consumers, topics, partitions, and stream processing applications.

- Optimize Kafka performance, scalability, and fault tolerance.

- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, DevOps, QA, and business stakeholders.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.

- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline implementation and deployment automation.

Required Skills

- 6+ years of experience in Java development.





- Strong proficiency in Java 8/11/17.

- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka.

- Strong experience in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA.

- Experience with Microservices Architecture.

- Good knowledge of Kafka topics, partitions, consumer groups, replication, and offset management.

- Experience with REST APIs and JSON/XML processing.

- Robust understanding of multithreading and concurrency.

- Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.

- Knowledge of Maven/Gradle build tools.

- Experience with Git version control.

Preferred Skills

- Kafka Streams or Kafka Connect.

- Docker and Kubernetes.

- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Elasticsearch, Redis, or MongoDB.

- CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.

- Monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, or ELK Stack.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
