Key Responsibilities

- Shift & Task Scheduling: Assign daily cleaning duties, manage staff rotas, and coordinate coverage for absences or high-occupancy periods.
- Quality Inspections: Conduct routine checks of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to ensure they meet company cleanliness standards.
- Staff Training & Leadership: Train new housekeeping personnel on proper cleaning techniques, chemical safety, equipment use, and brand standards.
- Inventory & Supplies: Monitor stocks of linens, toiletries, and cleaning products, placing orders and managing storage levels to prevent shortages.
- Issue & Complaint Resolution: Address guest complaints regarding room cleanliness or missing amenities promptly, and coordinate with the maintenance department for facility repairs.
- Compliance & Reporting: Enforce health and safety regulations, track team performance, and submit operational reports or timesheets

- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Previous hands-on experience as a housekeeper, custodian,



or cleaning coordinator in hospitality, healthcare, or corporate facilities.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with industrial cleaning equipment, chemical safety regulations, and stain-removal or bed-making protocols.
- Leadership & Organization: Robust communication, time-management, problem-solving, and team-motivating abilities.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and perform active tasks for extended shifts, often with flexible scheduling requirements (weekends, holidays).
- Education: Typically a high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in hospitality management may be preferred for senior tracks

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
