SAP HR Technology Architect – Job Description

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP HR Technology Architect to lead the architecture, transformation, and governance of enterprise HR technology landscapes. The role will be responsible for defining the HR technology roadmap across SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Employee Central, Payroll, Workforce Management, Talent Solutions, and HR integrations, ensuring alignment with business strategy, employee experience, compliance, and digital transformation objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and drive the SAP HR technology architecture strategy across cloud and hybrid landscapes.
- Lead solution architecture for SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Payroll, Workforce Management, Talent Management, and Learning solutions.
- Design scalable HR ecosystems integrating SAP and non-SAP platforms.
- Provide architecture governance for HR transformation, cloud migration, and modernization programs.
- Lead stakeholder workshops and translate business requirements into technology solutions.
- Define integration architecture with Finance, Identity Management, Time Management, Payroll, and third-party HR applications.
- Ensure security, compliance, data privacy, and global HR process standardization.
- Mentor delivery teams and provide technical leadership across HR transformation initiatives.

Experience & Qualifications

- 12+ years of SAP HR technology experience.
- 5+ years of architecture experience in SAP SuccessFactors and HR transformation programs.
- Proven experience delivering global HR technology implementations and modernization initiatives.
- Experience with large-scale HR transformation, cloud migration, and integration programs.
- Strong understanding of HR processes including Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Learning, Time Management, and Workforce Planning.
