About us
The White Mug is an independent, vegetarian specialty coffee café in Mahatma Nagar, Nashik. We roast our own single-origin coffee and aim to be a calm, welcoming space for our guests.

The role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Café Associate who is comfortable on the coffee bar, in the kitchen and with guests, and who can run a shift.

Responsibilities

- Prepare espresso drinks, manual brews and other beverages to our recipes
- Prepare food to recipe and portion standards, with valuable hygiene
- Take orders, recommend drinks and food, and look after guests
- Open or close the café and keep it clean, stocked and ready
- Handle cash and billing accurately
- Guide and support junior team members

Requirements

- 1+ year in a café, coffee shop or QSR, with espresso machine experience
- Comfortable working across bar,



kitchen and service
- Honest, reliable and calm under pressure
- Marathi or Hindi; basic English
- 10th / 12th pass

What we offer

- ₹20,000–28,000 per month, based on experience
- Staff meal and uniform provided
- Training in specialty coffee and manual brewing
- A path to a Manager role

Schedule
10-hour shifts between 9 AM and 11:30 PM (opening or closing). One weekly off on a weekday, on rotation; weekends and festivals are working days. Probation of up to 1 month.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
